First Working Bee of the year

On Sat 1^st March and Sun 2^nd March we are conducting a Working Bee at MMM to get the facility ready for the start of our year at MMM

Jobs Planned are as follows

PROPERTY

TABLETOPS - replace as required and clear coat

CARPORT – bird mesh

SHELTER SHADE CLOTH - complete

SPECTATOR FENCING - dig holes, erect and concrete posts

CARPORT GUTTER - remove gutter section, shorten beams to realign.

NEW WATER TANKS - plumb to join and common filling point for Water Truck

WEEDS - hand pull adjacent buildings, Tony Day to mow area (thank you Tony). loose rocks to be placed against concrete adjacent toilets

TRACKS

PRACTICE TRACK - Upgrade

MECHANICAL

GRADER – Replace fuel pump seal

WATER TRUCK - service, engine oil and filter, check brakes, gear linkage.

CASE - replace fuel line as nec, replace air filter and seal, clean out cabin.

JOHN DEERE - remove roof insulation

JDP WHEEL CHANGER - replace studs

JDP COROLLA - front strut replacement

COLT - bonnet hinge swap (Lemon to JDP1)

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS - replace to JDP cars as nec (change mounts)

OLD TRUCK TANK - empty diesel and add to scrap metal pile.

 

Marc Tillett plans to arrive at MMM by 1300hrs Friday and remain till Sunday, so gates open by 0730hrs Sat and Sun.

Cold drinks and light lunch available, or BYO sandwich etc if you wish.
